From I-77 ( Heading North or South ):
Take the Gilead Road Exit Going West ( Exit 23 ) –
Drive Aprox. 1000ft. – Turn South onto Reese Blvd.

Turn west (right turn) onto Kincey Ave. (travel 0.2 miles)
Turn right into Park Medical Plaza
